Very friendly hospital and had an x-ray immediately which was impressive

All good, efficient, clean, friendly. My only problem and it was my fault, is I parked in what I thought was the nearest car park and then discovered there was a BMI Meriden car park when I got to reception. Be warned if you do make the same mistake, make sure you have cash for the car park. It is a nightmare trying to pay by phone - I wasted 15 minutes - and the machines do not accept cards even though they say they do!

All the staff I had contact with were efficient and fruendly

Whilst I was at the BMI Meriden I cannot fault their attention, the facilities and the staff. They were helpful, very friendly and efficient. However whilst trying to contact the hospital by telephone there were problems. On 2 occasions I telephoned and waited on hold for ages and actually never got through. Had to call again another day/later. So not good. Also one of my operations was cancelled the evening before it was due, because of staff shortages. The Op managed to go ahead one month later. However the stress of the cancellation and waiting for rearrangement was far, far, worse than that the surgery itself, because the hospital could not tell me anything.
