Excellent service quick and efficient friendly and helpful. Mr Stephen Drew was very easy to understand and informative, very pleasant manner.

Fairly stress free however if I had not called the day before my mum would not have been seen too. We received a letter confirming her appointment at 2.30 on 13/7/22. Only by chance I called the day before to ask about payments and if a gp referral letter was needed. I was told my mum was showing as pending and that the 2.30 slot had been booked up. Luckily there was a 1.30 appointment therefore my mum got booked into that.

Staff were friendly and environment clean.

We go to hospital for treatment. Important person in hospital is Doctor. If Doctor is in rush and not interested in your treatment than doesn’t matter how clean hospital or how good other staff. Definitely won’t recommend anyone specially Doctor

Was seen quickly and very happy with consultation with mr drew. He was very thorough. MRI scan booked quickly. Very happy with service and everyone I met was friendly and helpful.
