All the staff I encountered at BMI were very pleasant, from those on Reception, the nurses involved in my pre-op assessment, through to staff on the ward and in theatre.

I cannot overstate how well looked after I was at the BMI Meriden Hospital. All the staff were so helpful and caring and friendly. My room was excellent with all the facilites I needed. I know I couldn't have had a better experience in any other hospital. Many thanks to you all.

Great Hospital, great staff, dealt with quickly, limited waiting time. Only issue to report is the parking tickets received even when car plate entered at the reception.
