Very friendly and discuss your procedure every step of the way. I'm very scared of hospitals and they made me feel at ease. Would recommend to anyone.

I cannot believe the wonderful treatment I have received. The Staff were friendly and very patient. When having surgery it is always good to be reassured about what is happening. Prof Patel always explained everything in a cheerful friendly way.

The overall experience was excellent. For such an operation (new hip) the care was there from the beginning taking orders for drinks and food for the stay and putting me at ease over the procedure of the operation from beginning to end. Professor Patel was really friendly and explain everything.

Consultant was late to the appointment and had not read the information that was sent prior. They seemed disinterested in fully understanding the history and symptoms, and wanted a quick end to the appointment, although I was still charged for a full hour. I will likely need to see another consultant as it did not feel as though this consultant was thorough enough and did not provide help for the issues I booked the appointment for.

The hospital was very friendly and I was able to see the Dr straight away. There is good parking and it was easy to find. The reception also gave me a ticket for the parking so that I did not have to pay. Waiting facilities were clean and plenty of room.
