Very friendly professional staff throughout all of my appointments. Always a warm welcome on arrival I was very well looked after during my brief stay even a phone call the day after my operation was so helpful and reasuring as were the follow up out patient appointments I attended to date. I had a total hip replacement earlier this year at the BMI Lancaster. l was very impressed by the level of care l was given by the Consultant (Prof Patel) the nursing staff, the physiotherapists and the administration staff.
