This was the first time I stayed at the Kings Oak Hospital. The hospital was outstanding all the staff were very professional and most helpful. The hospital was very clean. The food was first class and was always piping hot. I would certainly recommend this hospital I will be a patient again soon for my second hip replacement. Well done

The hospital sent me the quote by email, all included, and I have paid a total 5223.00 in advance. The hospital sent me a hard copy of the documents on 4th Aug.2022 that the Hospital is acting as the consultant's agent to collect the fee while I'm in the hospital (6.8). The consultant's operating fee and anaesthetist's fee while I'm in the hospital are included in the package price. (1.5 g) It turned out that the hospital paid the anaesthetist's fee but refused to cover the consultant's fee. And the consultant sent me another invoice for 1500.00. after the procedures. The documents from The Kings Oak hospital are misleading, and their price is very high.

coffee machine broken. It was a surprise that the signs said you needed to pay for car parking but on further reading you could get a free ticket from the hospital. I think this should be stated in the letter you receive before the consultation.
