Very good hospital

It was my first visit and I was impressed. The journey was well worthwhile !

I have have both hips replaced - two surgeries a year apart - at Highfield and I had fantastic experiences both times.

Every time I have had an appointment I have been seen fairly quickly, the staff are very caring and friendly and nothing is too much trouble. The consultant I am under Mr Pilliau is very professional and caring and I am very grateful to him for doing my operation.

The hospital is easy to find with adequate parking. The hospital is clean and welcoming. Staff are really lovely and friendly making sure the experience is as comfortable as possible

All the staff could not help enough I didn't have to wait any time whatsoever

A very warm welcome on arrival, the staff are brilliant, everyone explaining what is going on with your procedure, very clean and tidy ,well looked after , highly recommend, excellent work to all staff and physio 👍

The hospital was absolutely perfect all of my stay was comfortable and the staff are always friendly
