Lovely staff

Very clean and efficient

One of the best experiences I have had in health care, I can't praise every single person who I encountered enough, they were caring, lovely and professional and most of all compassionate , I was so worried and I really shouldn't have been. From the surgeon to the cleaner and everybody in between, how different from previous hospital visits although I haven't had major surgery before, but the time given to talk to me about the procedure and explanations of what to expect I felt I mattered as a person and not just a number. The BMI is along way for me to go but it will always be my first choice if I ever needed surgery again

I attended Highfield hospital for a couple of appointments before my operation. All the staff were lovely. I didn't have to wait. They were very helpful and gave me all the information I needed about my operation and lots of reassurances. On the day of my operation, my time slot changed, but all the staff were lovely. The theatre staff put me at ease as best they could, under the circumstances. The operation was very successful and the nursing staff were caring and helpful. Even once I had been discharged, if I had any worries, I phoned the hospital and they were happy to speak to me and advise me. Overall, it was a good experience.

I attended the Highfield Hospital for hip replacement surgery and from start to finish the treatment I received could not have been improved on.
