I was extremely well looked after by a team of highly professional people with an outstandingly happy outcome. I am looking forward to a good fall of snow in which to write my name after years of blocked urination. No compromise to erections/lovemaking/ejaculation or incontinence.

Only issue was I was asked to arrive at 1pm, and didn't get seen until 1.45pm. The Consultant wasn't told I was there, so thought I was late.

Timing of procedure was delayed at my request. Excellent, friendly staff. Good hygiene and facilities.

Easy parking, straightforward booking in, friendly helpful staff, efficient process.

The staff are all charming and efficient. It's a very relaxed environment at a stressful time.
