Clean and comfortable surroundings and professional friendly staff who go out of their way to put you at ease. Good sandwiches and tea after the procedure too! Thank you very much.

The hospital staff were, without fault on every level. From reception, pre-admission, nursing staff, theatre staff, anaesthetist and catering staff, all made the visit to BMI stressless and left me feeling confident throughout the duration. Post op was just as faultless, with time and care at the top of their agenda. I left feeling that I had been professionally overseen and taken care of at every stage during my stay.

The hospital was clean but felt it is probably due for a make over but this is not a criticism.

Friendly and professional staff from those on main reception to the ward and theatre staff. All staff were very approachable and caring which made a difference to allay concerns and anxiety about my surgery.
