Nice clean clinic. Staff where friendly. Room was nice but basic.

I was left alone with my Mum in the room for a long time. I had to check in at 1pm. A very nice lady took my food order and then I saw Mr Toe, the consultant. My mum asked him when I would have the procedure and he said I was last down and it would be about 4pm. We were left alone then. The Wi-fi didn’t work. It would have been nice if someone’s checked on us every now and then. I finally went down at about 5.15. Everyone was great. I came back, had my food and was discharged about 6.30

Everyone I came into contact with was kind and caring.

I was well looked after by the nurses and staff. My room was comfortable and well equipped.

Overall experience of my hip surgery was very good. Would recommend to others.
