Absolutely fantastic experience. All of the staff from reception, nurses, physio, etc were amazing. A very positive experience indeed.

The Saxon Clinic was well organised, care was tailored to patient needs and the staff friendly and helpful. Rooms were a good size, there was no pressure to leave the Clinic before you were ready to. I had to return the following day for dressings to be changed and again this was carried out by friendly staff and promptly.

They were all very friendly and helpful and kind and understanding . thanks to them all.

Throughout my whole surgical procedure, before, during and after, I met approximately 10 staff members all with different roles to play, and each and everyone of them were kind, considerate and very professional throughout.

Overall good experience though some of the staff on desk could do with being a bit more friendlier and less chatty with each other when people are waiting. One particular lady thinks she owns the place
