Very good. Nice to see the automatic doors which makes access much easier. Always helpful and friendly. Car park a bit small

Nice welcome. Short wait. Clean and bright surroundings. Had to park on side of road and had to give over credit card details even though my treatment was fully covered by my insurance.

Could not fault other than the availability of parking spaces. I had to park on a busy road which for some patients may not be practical

The face to face treatment was good however the following up treatment has been very disappointing. I was told someone from the Pysio department would call to arrange a splint boot for me and no one has been in touch and I asked for a scan and my appointment is nearly 4 weeks later which means my injury will be nearly 6 weeks old before I know the actual details of my injury. I was however sent an invoice for my appointment within a day.

All good, overall. Parking could be a problem despite there being a decent car park. Almost full when I arrived for an 09:00 appt!

The staff were absolutely fantastic to me during my short stay. Everyone was so helpful and courteous to me and above all professional at all times. I would highly recommend this hospital and it’s staff.
