Appointment booked at kings park, called to say consultant only sees outpatient in Dundee, then time changed, arrived at the clinic, no notes and weren’t expecting me. See by the consultant to be told private hospitals don’t have the support equipment to remove screws from a leg and go to the nhs

The waiting time was great . I finished filling out a form and got seen almost straight away. The doctor was very thorough with his explanations as to what was wrong and how they came about etc along with examinations to get a rough idea as to how far along the damage is etc and what may be able to get done and how. I was taken in to see the doctor really quickly and the receptionist was friendly and professional. Doctor Putting was friend and asked me why I was there, explained what he was going to do. I had two lots of X-rays done. Two on my shoulder. And three on my hand. Doctor Putti, showed me the X-rays explained what was wrong with my shoulder and my hand. Told me what he was going to do. I had cortisone injections in both my hand and my shoulder, the doctor knew I was a little anxious, but spoke with me and tried to keep me calm, a long with the nurse Sara work with Doctor Putti

Very good, I wasn't taken exactly at the said appointment time which was a little fristrating when you make the effort to be on time. However, this is only a minor point. On the positive side, it was a very positive experience and I was taken seriously, given the time I needed to explain the situation and my condition/situation.
