Having worked for the NHS I was surprised at the lack of confidentiality. When patients completed questionnaires in the waiting room, staff would discuss queries with them so, for example, everyone was aware of their reason for being there. I found the waiting room cold so had to keep my coat on. Used coffee cups were left out, despite a bin being provided. The wait time was unacceptable - an hour and a half on one occasion. Parking was always an issue.

Goring Hall is a wonderful place. The staff are lovely and welcoming and there is a very peaceful feeling.
