I would like to leave a review about the staff that assisted me throughout my MRI appointment today at the Chenies Mews Imaging Centre, The Roger Williams Building. I was welcomed by the lovely receptionist, Miss Aysha. She was very professional, welcoming and kind. Then I was escorted to the MRI Room and I was assisted by Dr Triona. She was also very kind and made me feel comfortable throughout the MRI Scan. I am disable and she was really kind to assist me in every way. I would just like to leave this very positive feedback. Thank you very much for your professionalism and my congratulations for how the clinic is excellently managed.

I was incredibly well and professionally treated. I had a serious anxiety about having an MRI scan but was talked through it and supported by the amazing team and it was not as traumatic as I had expected. I could have been more impressed or more grateful

Very satisfied. I was impressed to receive a same-day appointment and grateful to the team for getting the report back to our GP in time for our appointment that afternoon. The scan experience itself was much more comfortable than I was expecting and I am very grateful to Kirsty for looking after us with such professionalism and kindness.

Great service

The experience couldn’t have been better. Very friendly staff (Fiona and Trent), pleasant environment and a very relaxing 30 minutes lying on a warm and very comfortable MRI scanner! They spoke to me throughout which was much appreciated and my doctor was extremely impressed with the images. He actually said they were the best he had seen! Thank you so much.

My experience having an MRI at Chenies Mews a few days ago was completely unparalleled - I will be recommending the centre to everyone. The facilities were sleek and clean, the staff were so friendly and really put me at ease when I was feeling pretty anxious about getting into the scanner. Thank you!!!
