Greeting at reception was poor and the waiting time to take blood tests was quite long. Otherwise there was a very good service offered by Chelsea Outpatient Centre and I received a very comprehensive evaluation by the consultant I saw, Dr Janssen

I had an excellent experience with Chelsea Outpatient Centre. The staff was really kind and supportive and thoroughly provided all the information I need to understand the best course of action. The facility itself is really clean and well maintained. I would definitely recommend it

This centre is convenient and clean. Overall it is a pleasant place to visit although the waiting facilties are a bit too cramped. The staff are pleasant and helpful.
