Very swift experience with friendly staff and no delays.

I found the Chelsea Outpatient Centre an pleasant and clean place to visit. The staff were friendly and helpful. I am sure that none of my waiting time (unless I was very early) was more the 30 minutes.

I go regularly to COC and once again I was asked to fill out the complete documentation. Nothing has changed so not sure why I had to do it all again.

The Outpatient Centre was a very calm place to be, polite and cheerful staff, spotlessly clean and I would not hesitate to recommend it to friends.
