Booking and quickness of appointment were within expectations. The Practice was clean and appeared well run. The technician who carried out the examination was courteous but not over friendly, in fact she made some accusations concerning treatment on cancer on my right ear which I initially thought were directed at me, but I later found it was more to do with the inaction of the NHS. The inspection was fairly thorough and although the technician checked her report and realized she needed one more photo, the report still came to me with one of the four areas of note missing and shown as a duplicate of another area. The report was issued in good time (less than 24 hours) however because of the duplication, one possible area of concern had been missed off the report and details could not be found. I was advised that I could return for a free re-check, but due to the distance involved, and that the technician said at the time that only one site was of need of immediate action. I declined the offer. Other than that, the details and history on the last page of the report were inaccurate and needed to be changed.

Nothing to say : i had a quick appointement and it all went very well : it was instructive, with zero waiting time, the person was very friendly and took time to explain everything and check my skin.

Superb service at the one stop clinic and with the insurer's operator who phoned me back within two hours with an appointment.

I instantly felt at ease as soon as I arrived at the clinic (and throughout the entirety of my time there) as I was given a lovely warm and friendly welcome by the specialist. Nothing felt rushed and the appointment was very thorough and informative.

Quick response but not so easy to download results on a mobile phone

Seems really poor value for money. And no photographs - even though i thou huh t this was included in the service .

Very professional experience. I was seen by the doctor exactly on time and the whole process was very thorough. All staff were friendly and empathic.
