I found the organisation to be efficient in their response to my concern. An appointment was made within a week's time and fully informed of the process. On visiting the clinic for an assessmemt this was equally efficient. The practitioner I met was superb gave relevant information and a thorough check of the body after assesing the initial concern and within seconds putting my mind at ease. Professional, fully experienced and knowledgeable. Receiving within 48 hours confirmation of the assessment outcome. Very happy with the overall service.

Was good. Only feedback I have is that in the report next to ‘ Before the age of 20, which of the following best describes how many freckles you had on your arms?:’ It says none but I had pretty much all of them which are probably more than 30

Extremely friendly and supportive staff. The wait for the ultrasound was a little bit long but they were very apologetic and I could see they were very busy so I didn't mind. A great experience.
