Supportive fast and friendly service. It’s a very worrying time when you suspect something is not quite right. I was grateful to be seen so quickly. The team made every effort to find the fastest and most suitable location for my appointment and the team who saw me at the hospital were brilliant. Thank you

The appointment was made within days - 5 stars for that. The hospital staff was friendly and welcoming, however my doctor appointment felt rushed. Initial discussion went well, mammogram and ultrasounds great, but afterwards appointment felt very rushed, as I believe the consultant I saw must have had other appointments. I didnt receive any results on the day. I was told everything was fine, just cysts. I didnt receive images. I received notes 2 weeks after. To compare this with an appointment 2 years ago at a different clinic in central London - def not the same.
