Not a great service really from start to finish. After sending back my sample I got an email saying it was not received. When I replied to say I had posted it back and gave details it was located after a couple of days. I was told I would get the results in 8 weeks maximum. It ended up being around 16 weeks. I had followed up a couple of times via email and got no reply, so ended up calling. When I got the results, I was quite surprised that the results are not as scientific as I thought. It seems to be based a lot on the family history, despite me knowing very little about my family history. I had assumed this was purely based on the Siliva. Perhaps this is my miss understanding, but I don't need to pay someone to review my family health history. Overall it feels like this was a total waste of money

An initial explanation followed by a thorough examination of all areas of my skin. A friendly approach without undue familiarity. Also took time to explain the different possible findings with reference to the booklet. I felt reassured at every stage and am very pleased I decided to make the appointment. The dermatologist professional I saw was first class and I would have no hesitation seeing her again if I need further examinations. Although your letter indicates that's not necessary unless changes are detected.

Fantastic and thorough skin check with great explanation. I felt I was getting too service and a thorough overview of my whole body. This is a fantastic preventative action to take which I will be doing now every 1-2 years.

Fantastic from reception to leaving the building. Friendly, helpful and very business like. Made me feel very at ease and comfortable to be examined. Allowed my husband in to so he could hear all what was said.

Everything was so easy and smooth, since the booking via AXA until the appointment, that made the experience less traumatic (a Cancer screening is never pleasant).

The overall experience was ok, however when booking the appointment I had to wait 4 months for an appointment in the location closest to me. A couple of days prior to the appointment I was contacted as the Nurse was unwell. However I was unable to rearrange an appointment at the same clinic as they were no longer offering it. An alternative appointment was arranged within a few days at another location but this involved additional travel.

Great experience. Very friendly, professional doctor who showed compassion and patience in his explanation. I would highly recommend.

I got an appointment within a week, and when I arrived I was seen quickly. The staff were very nice, and I got my results within a few days.

The website to register kept crashing so took nearly 2 hours to enroll. Unlikely to use again.
