Always a pleasant experience. You are greeted with a warm welcome and shown to the waiting area, which I have to say is much better than waiting on the seat on the staircase. The waiting area is spacious, with a lot of light and doesn't have that daunting feeling some waiting rooms have. Waiting time was zero. I was met by the optometrist and taken to the consultation room. The movement from one eye check to another is seamless. One thing I do miss are the lovely magazines - Vogue, Tatler, etc. Unfortunately, COVID has seen an end to that. Keep up the great work. As a child I used to hate going to the opticians. Now I look forward to my appointment.
