My aunt has been in the care home for four months (approximately) awaiting assessment. In this time, she has been looked after well. She is always clean and well-fed. She has a radio, which she listens to all the time, and a TV. She has many visitors and the staff keep her attentive and chat to her many times a day. She is happy and seems contented. The difference between "good" and "excellent" is small and it is difficult to say what needs to be done to shift up. The only thing that could have been done better is to have more of a guided tour of all the facilities when she first moved in.

Mum really enjoys the food, one of her favourites is fish, chips and mushy peas and loves all the sponge puddings! The entertainment team is amazing, with something going on virtually every day, which Mum loves taking part in
