Just want to say a big thank you to all the staff it is always lovely to see the staff smiling happy in their jobs. Nothing is ever too much for them and it makes me even more pleased to see Mum-like her old self again when mum was at home she wasn’t taking care of herself and was so hard to see but to see the transformation of Mum using the facilities of the hairdresser and makeup on it just truly wonderful.

When we first started looking at care homes in Brentwood we didn’t have a clue where to start or how things worked Some care homes we visited didn’t really seem bothered and was more interested in money and showing a hotel service however my Dad needed care and we needed guidance with the support and guidance that we received it made the process so much easier and the people at Brentwood Care Centre have shown kindness and professionalism throughout.

I love that I can see Nan whenever I want and booking in the visit is always made easy. Thank you to the staff at brentwood
