My physio Manasi was just brilliant, I had just over 10 sessions helping me recover from a hand injury, the exercises that were set along with the sessions were just brilliant and Manasi with this too! Thank you!!

Great experience from start to finish, Marina was very nice and knowledgable and provided me an excellent action plan for my rehab!

I injured my lower back lifting kayaks on Regent's Canal and was so happy to find a physio like Aastha Chowhan at Bodyset. Aastha sorted out my pain and then over the next 3 visits helped provide strengthening exercises which enabled me to feel better. This has hopefully also set me up to be strong enough for my core and back to cope with anything on or off a standup paddleboard (I should point out that i'm a SUP coach at Islington Boat Club)! I thought Aastha was particularly helpful. She's a really good listener, sorting out my needs and wants & then providing practical solutions - mostly exercises. I loved that these were emailed to me so i know what to do. A really good experience. Many thanks Aastha!

Very knowledgeable and helpful

I had a really great experience during my assessment. My physio was really thorough and she did some excellent exercises with me and showed me how to work on my ankle to help strengthen it. The telehab app was great to following my exercises at home and made it really easy to stick to. The strength testing she did was really helpful for me to see where i needed to make improvements to get back running and each time i visit now i can see how far i have progress. Thanks Bodyset, would definitely recommend!
