I injured my lower back lifting kayaks on Regent's Canal and was so happy to find a physio like Aastha Chowhan at Bodyset. Aastha sorted out my pain and then over the next 3 visits helped provide strengthening exercises which enabled me to feel better. This has hopefully also set me up to be strong enough for my core and back to cope with anything on or off a standup paddleboard (I should point out that i'm a SUP coach at Islington Boat Club)! I thought Aastha was particularly helpful. She's a really good listener, sorting out my needs and wants & then providing practical solutions - mostly exercises. I loved that these were emailed to me so i know what to do. A really good experience. Many thanks Aastha!
