Having not visited a Dentist in years due to lack of confidence, the friendly welcoming and calming team at Beacon Dental Care have helped me overcome my fear. As a result I am encouraged to improve and maintain my oral health & well-being and remain grateful for their help to restore my confidence and self-esteem as a result of extensive essential dental work.

I have always had the best possible care and treatment at Beacon dentalcare. Everyone is so helpful, and always seem happy to be working there. It is always very apparent that the services to the patient are paramount. When I was a child, even the thought of going to the dentist filled me with fear. Since I have been a patient here, I feel full of confidence, and everything that happens is always explained to me. I feel more than very happy with my treatment

I felt quite comfortable and safe with the level of measures in place at this time. Everyone is very friendly and welcoming which made me feel at ease and the level of care I received was excellent as always. I was treated as an individual with my own particular needs and I was given time to ask any questions.

Very efficient as usual and with a good Covid policy. Dental hygienist Maria was excellent - very thorough, calm, gentle and professional.

Difficult to see how they could improve on the first class service they provide. Doubt if you could find a better dental practise on this planet or anywhere else!

Excellent dentist and nurse. Very, very happy and would definitely recommend. Patient experience of Receptionist however was disappointing. As a new patient I found her very defensive and everything was a problem. I don’t hear very well and this seemed to annoy her. As a new patient I wanted to ask questions and not have it presumed that I knew, understood and accepted everything. This was a challenge. I found her uninviting and left feeling very anxious which undid all the good work of the fabulous dentist. Receptionists are the face of the business.

It is always a pleasure to visit this excellent dentist and hygienist. David and Nikki are at the very top of their game and I thoroughly recommend this excellent dental practice. The receptionists are always very helpful and friendly. A first rate dental experience!!!
