From the first consultation, Mr Naveen Cavale listened empathetically, answered all my questions thoroughly and advised me in a way that put me at ease and I felt I could fully trust his expertise. Any further questions I had ahead of and after the procedure were promptly answered by his team. On the day of the procedure, I somehow felt at ease, felt that I was in safe hands, as the team was so attentive, kind and always had a smile on their face. Following the procedure I was so surprised to have no pain, just discomfort and tightness on the chest for the first few days but I felt I was able to get back to normal life within a week. 2 months after the procedure I am so happy with the result and only wish I had done this sooner. I am so grateful to Mr Naveen Cavale for his attention, care and expertise and could not recommend him more highly.

They were very professional and informative. They made sure I felt comfortable and secure. I am very happy with my choice of clinic for my surgery.

I have one suggestion concerning the Battersea clinic. They send out a number of documents to review and often to sign. These include the Preoperative safety checklist and the Ts & Cs. These documents seem focused on patients who are having more serious operations and have a lot of stuff about general anaesthetic etc. When I arrived they neither asked for the copies I had signed nor was I required to do much of what was in the documents (such as disrobing - interestingly unlike the New Victoria who did have disrobe last time). I suggest that Mr Horgan send out a clarifying paper to his cataract patients setting out what actually is required.
