I would recommend REAL to anyone who is considering undergoing plastic surgery. Really lovely staff throughout the clinic. The clinic is clean, modern and has a relaxing atmosphere.

I only visited the clinic for a follow up appointment and everything went well! Friendly staff overall I was asked to fill out a very long form on an iPad system when I had already filled it out via a link I had previously received / completed so maybe double check that in the future but great experience overall 🙂

The new REAL Clinic in Battersea is state of the art, staff are friendly and professional and polite.

They made me feel special . From my first consultation all the way to the surgery . I felt safe , not only because the place is nice , clean , they are professional but also because I was in place with people from different races , back grounds , experiences , ages with one thing in common " they LOVE what they are doing " They are happy , I felt that energy which comfort me . So yes I fell asleep under general anaesthetic with peace in my mind and in my heart .... I knew I was in good hands ....

Very friendly staff

The clinic was spotless and the workers were very friendly and helpful. I love that there was cold and hot beverage there and was offered right away. My experience with the doctors was great, lovely and calm personalities and very helpful and very truthful advice given which is something admirable.

I have visited many supposedly similar aesthetic/cosmetic clinics in London and abroad, and this is the first and only time I have felt in safe medical hands, with doctors who have trained for years in their specialty. I was assessed, advised and treated with the sort of professional thoroughness you only find in the most respected medical environments around the world. The understanding of how the underlying structure of the face works and will respond to each treatment, as well as what the result is likely to be, means you are not only in the safest hands, but you are more likely to be satisfied with the result. I have been seen by both Dr Dominic Yue and the clinic's founder Dr Naveen Cavale (both are plastic surgeons) and I will be returning to see them both for injectables (Botox, filler and Profilo) and surgical work. I cannot recommend Real more highly.

Staff were friendly, I didn't feel intimidated at all, I had a short wait as I arrived late but as I had advised the clinic they were able to see another client who had arrived early.
