I feel like a new human having spent 28 days in treatment at Banbury lodge. On arrival I was helpless, hopeless and didn’t know how to fix my problems, now I can look at myself in the mirror and feel proud of who I am thanks to the support I’ve received. I am truly grateful to the staff for saving my life.

It has been a fantastic experience for me and that is mainly due to the staff, who are so supportive, kind and knowledgable.

It has changed my life for the best. I met amazing people and therapists and have learnt a lot. I didn’t agree with some things, such as my warnings and the way they were given which set me back a lot. But I am so glad I came in when I did and am leaving when I am. Thank you everyone.

Food not bought promptly at times eg marmalade, cereal. Shower never fixed despite 2 requests Dishwasher doesn’t work properly Should be allowed mobile phones/laptops for longer on a free night
