I rang Albert House on the day of having bad toothache and although I couldn't see my usual dentist they were able to fit me in with someone else. I was given xrays and the dentist explained everything to me and although I had to have one of my wisdom teeth pulled out I was happy with my overall experience. The dentist was friendly and made me feel very comfortable in what they were going to have to do.

My experience was a very positive one. I had complete confidence in the way in which CoronaVirus checks were carried out on arrival and in the social distancing measures in place in the waiting area. The treatment I received was first rate. The extraction was painless. The Do’s and Don’ts After Extraction Information Sheet I was given was very useful and clear. The results of the x-rays which were taken while I was there were explained clearly. Overall, I had complete confidence in the treatment I received.

My experience was positive. I had reminders about my appointment. Covid 19 Measures, which were intended to keep both patients and staff safe, were followed carefully. I was seen on time. The treatment I received was first rate. I was sent a text message later the same day with details of my next routine appointments.
