Great staff so nice very experienced just a shame I have to wait another year for braces as I’ve been waiting 4 years already

Good advise on teeth care Friendly welcome

I rang Albert House on the day of having bad toothache and although I couldn't see my usual dentist they were able to fit me in with someone else. I was given xrays and the dentist explained everything to me and although I had to have one of my wisdom teeth pulled out I was happy with my overall experience. The dentist was friendly and made me feel very comfortable in what they were going to have to do.

I actually enjoy going to the dentist and hygienist.once upon a time one would be scared to go. The dentist and all staff are extremely considerate. No complaints whatsoever

The dentist was very friendly and professional. At the end of my treatment I was told that there is a charge of £13 for PPE etc. I was not informed beforehand that I would be charged this amount and the information I was given was very unclear and in unfriendly manner by the receptionist. In my opinion patients should be informed of any additional charges before treatment and I suggest customer service skills are reviewed.

Surgery in it self seems to run quite well.

My experience was a very positive one. I had complete confidence in the way in which CoronaVirus checks were carried out on arrival and in the social distancing measures in place in the waiting area. The treatment I received was first rate. The extraction was painless. The Do’s and Don’ts After Extraction Information Sheet I was given was very useful and clear. The results of the x-rays which were taken while I was there were explained clearly. Overall, I had complete confidence in the treatment I received.

They are great with my deafness and for me to read what they saying.
