Incredibly professional, world class!

Customer services at the front desk could be a bit more friendly. Nurses were kind and understanding.

Found the pre-session questionnaire was great for giving an overview of my health and it was all very user friendly.

Bodyclinic is very clean and friendly. Everyone greats you and I always feel welcome and comfortable. I’ve been using bodyclinic for about 3 years now.

I felt at ease as It was easy to navigate myself to whom I needed to speak to and talk to.

The nurses and staff have always been really kind and informative. Liz in particular is a brilliant nurse. The clinic is very organised and I feel like I’ve received very high quality care.

Very friendly atmosphere. I like that they also offer scans as part of the consultation if needed. My consultant made me feel at ease and answered any questions and concerns which reassured me.

The medical part of Chelsea Outpatient Centre was absolutely fine. My only issue was that on entering the building, which was security controlled which I was not aware of, the man at the desk was actually quite rude and asked me where I was going.

Small clinic meant it felt intimate and the staff were always so attentive - much more personable than going to a hospital for scans / check-ups

The experience at the Portland Hospital was good. The hospital provided necessary support after my delivery and the staff members are very caring and supportive.
