I was very pleased with the way I was looked after by the Hospital

It was great

I visited this practice this morning hoping to get an emergency appointment after arriving at 8:30am. I had some pain and sensitivity a couple of weeks after having a filling (the filling was not done at this practice) The staff and dentist could not have been nicer. The nurse called the dentist to explain my issue and the dentist came into the surgery early to see me. They were so helpful and friendly and took time to do an examination and x ray. I would highly recommend both the practice itself and Ebuni the dentist. First class service who went above and beyond.

The hospital was competent and helpful

The dental practice allocated my previously paid deposit for my hygienist appointment today to a different appointment I was due to have. This meant I had to pay the full amount for today's appointment. We're I not able to pay this today, I was told I would have had to reschedule (which would mean taking more time off work). Also, an apology was not given to me for their error, and my inconvenience.

I needed a filling which I always dread because of the needles, when it was over I was told that my mouth may still be numb I had no idea that she had injected me as I never felt a thing. Dentist told me that it was new . Good experience thank you Denise. and her Nurse. Also Michelle on reception always helpful and very efficient.

Very good experience. Thorough and rigorous practices run by specialists and professionals. Detailed diagnosis and honest explanations given to me. High quality equipment. Medical staff excellent. Clean and spacious interiors. The receptionists in the main entrance lobby seemed quiet and slightly unwelcoming, so have dropped the score to 4 stars.
