Mr Berber is a very approachable surgeon, and he explained the details of a carpal tunnel release surgery very clearly. The members of his surgical team were equally friendly and I felt at ease and confident in their hands. The preparation and surgery were carried out with a similar sense of unhurried precision. Very good experience although much longer wait than anticipated. Staff all extremely friendly and helpful

Care on the weekends was lacking as nursing staff were less engaged with patients unfortunately. Overnight care and day care during weekdays was very good.

Some of the receptionist staff were not very welcoming or polite. I also was out of hours for the pharmacy and was told I could only get a prescription from there, which of course wasn't helpful. I had to request a prescription from NHS in the end which added significant time.

I visited this practice this morning hoping to get an emergency appointment after arriving at 8:30am. I had some pain and sensitivity a couple of weeks after having a filling (the filling was not done at this practice) The staff and dentist could not have been nicer. The nurse called the dentist to explain my issue and the dentist came into the surgery early to see me. They were so helpful and friendly and took time to do an examination and x ray. I would highly recommend both the practice itself and Ebuni the dentist. First class service who went above and beyond.

Very good experience. Thorough and rigorous practices run by specialists and professionals. Detailed diagnosis and honest explanations given to me. High quality equipment. Medical staff excellent. Clean and spacious interiors. The receptionists in the main entrance lobby seemed quiet and slightly unwelcoming, so have dropped the score to 4 stars.

Overall care and communication were professional, circumspect and timely contributing to a reassuring experience.
