HCA ancillary staff were excellent and friendly, putting me at ease. The one exception is that despite being fully covered by private medical insurance (incl pre-authorisation codes and competing multiple online forms and confirming details) the HCA administrative/ reception staff on arrival were overly focused on (and their primary priority is to) obtain credit card details and associated authorisation for extra procedures and tests which go beyond the scope of the referral and pre-authorisation in case suggested. The requested authorisation is open-ended and requested at a point when patients are vulnerable. The HCA admin staff were unable to explain why authorisation was required in my circumstances with full insurance coverage - all they could manage was a weak “it’s just our process”.

Very professional and caring environment. Pleasant waiting room. Only comment is that on every visit, the water dispenser in the waiting room has been empty so there was nothing to drink!

Small clinic meant it felt intimate and the staff were always so attentive - much more personable than going to a hospital for scans / check-ups

The staff were super friendly, especially the receptionists and the nurses. There was construction going on every time we were visiting, which was a little noisy.

Our family have been with Naval Mair's practice for about 27 years now. Naval is an extraordinary practitioner - a brilliant, knowledgeable osteopath, very caring, with a wholistic viewpoint. He has helped all our family and friends on numerous occasions. His team have always been excellent too. He really is the best osteopath. We trust him completely.
