Had to explain a couple of times that I had insurance even though I had filled in the necessary form.

The hospital was easy to reach and I didn’t have to wait for long before my appointment. Everyone was kind and willing to help. A volunteer also escorted me to the right elevator. Only problem were the bathrooms. They were dirty and there was rubbish on the floor

I was made as comfortable as I could be during my time at the hospital. All staff were great and listened to how I was feeling. Facilities were good and I felt I was kept informed off all updates about my care

Always great service disappointed though that I will no longer be able to come to this hospital as it no longer does choose and book even though I have been attending for the last two years I feel very let down
