Diagnostic Centre was fine but printer out of ink, MRI broken which didn't give an overall feeling that it is not a top end clinic

Hospital looked old and in a need of redecoration. However Quick, no waiting but rushed appointment with a doctor looking at his mobile and trying to call someone at the end of the appointment. Didn’t feel I was given time for all my questions. Doctor didn’t reply to my follow up email. Quite disappointed. I have already booked an appointment at different hospital with a different doctor.

The care I received at Ashtead hospital was excellent. The staff are friendly, dedicated and helpful. All my appointments were on time. The cleanliness and standard of hygiene are very high. It was a very good experience.

My stay was good except the food was horrendous that I did not eat hardly anything and got severely constipated.
