Pleasant experience, no issues

The medical part of Chelsea Outpatient Centre was absolutely fine. My only issue was that on entering the building, which was security controlled which I was not aware of, the man at the desk was actually quite rude and asked me where I was going.

Care on the weekends was lacking as nursing staff were less engaged with patients unfortunately. Overnight care and day care during weekdays was very good.

Check in staff need educating where is best for visitors to check in and also in knowing what the likely delays are in being able to have a test done and to see one's consultant.

Mr Barber is absolutely delightful. His professionalism, honesty and integrity make a very strong foundation for the essential trust required to develop confidence and ease at what can be frightening time for the patient.

The overall experience is excellent.
