Very efficient in terms of communication. Good reception by staff on arrival for my procedure and aftetwards. Good quality room for my day stay. Well fed and watered aftetwards. Good information given pre-departure about what to expect during recovery period.

admission was only 3 hours before you asked me to report to the ward. When I attended the ward in question, no one knew anything about my admission. I was eventually informed that I could check in at 3.00 as arranged for my bloods.When I arrived no one knew anything about taking bloods. They were taken about 4.30. The ward manager agreed I could be moved into a private room after my operation, which I was. On the whole ward staff were very attentive and friendly. Breakfast the following morning was a joke…..2 rounds of cold toast, butter and marmalade with a small carton of orange juice. Lunch was luke warm chinese, followed by ice cream. I had to chase staff for around 2 hours to get my discharge letter drawn up. Considering the experience cost me around £10,000, I doubt I would use the facility again.

I was quite pleased with Tunica Diagnostics because of their skilled technicians, timely scheduling and reporting, and, I must add, exceptional patient care. Anyone in need of vascular ultrasound imaging services may trust them to deliver high-quality results. Highly recommended!
