Ran to time and very helpful

Happy with my visit, good to meet the Doctor face 2 face.

The hospital is very clean, this includes the reception, waiting area, toilets, corridors, consultation rooms and wards. The waiting area is spacious, bright and a wide range of teas and coffee are also provided free of charge. All of the staff a very friendly and they remind you about parking should you forget although it is clearly written everywhere. The hospital easy to locate and parking, although limited, is free of charge.

I was very surprised to find out the clinic has office at Nine Elmes, which is very close to my home. I’m very convenient. The facilities are new and the staff are very friendly. I had a great visit.

Had to explain a couple of times that I had insurance even though I had filled in the necessary form.

This was just a follow-up appointment. There was a bit of a wait to be seen, but otherwise everything was good.
