Attended for an ultra sound guided injection on my left ankle on 26/9/23. The procedure did not take place due to the discovery of a split tendon which might have become a serious tear during the procedure. Mr Rhidian Thomas, who made the referral, when telephoned, agreed the procedure be stopped. I was told Mr Thomas would contact me as to next steps but have not yet heard from him. Feeling very disappointed and in considerable pain, I arrived home to a fee of over £900 which I was informed would be deducted from the Nationwide card details held by you. I called to query this and was told I would get a response but have not received one so far. A huge fee for a procedure which had not taken place! Also, after an MRI , some weeks ago I received my FIRST account and a letter stating that the writer “ had STILL not received” my cheque. However, I had not received a bill in the first place. I paid immediately and express my annoyance at the tone of the letter and got a rather weak apology expressing regret “if” I had been offended. So my dissatisfaction is with my treatment at any stage but with your accounts rocedures. Mary M

Very friendly and professional staff. Vittoria gave good advices and we are excited for the plan to follow.

The clinic was very good at responding to my requests, questions and booking appointments. The staff, nurses and anaesthetists were wonderful. The only drawback is recovery facilities are quite cramped post surgery.

We had a overall good clinic experience. Have a will continue to recommend the clinic.

Excellent all round service

Excellent pre operation. Post operation follow up by the team was a little more erratic and required me to chase for help/explanations (particularly on rehab but also to clarify a few contradictory instructions) on occasion.

The facilities were spotless and staff are quite helpful.
