My experience with Urology Partners was first rate. The procedure, from my point of view, was exactly as I was told it would be. The only concerns I had were in regard to car parking and missing consultations.

I was very well looked after at Spire London East Hospital. Every member of staff went above and beyond to make me feel safe and cared for. My room was clean and comfortable. Staff attended to all my needs immediately and everyone was warm and kind.

Great service and care, they are efficient and helpful and quick to move me through the process to get my symptoms tested and fixed.

On arrival reception staff very attentive and efficient.

This was a comfortable and efficient environment . I was treated politely, warmly, and professionally. I know its a private hospital and that I was a referral from the NHS but it was so nice to be in a place where people smile when they look up at you rather than visualise you as part of the problem. The NHS could learn a lot from the basics of nursing in this way.. Thanks
