The nurses and staff were excellent, explained what was happening at various stages and helped to put us at ease.

Staff on reception were not the warmest, or friendliest but were OK!

Care on the weekends was lacking as nursing staff were less engaged with patients unfortunately. Overnight care and day care during weekdays was very good.

Overall a very positive experience. I didn't have to wait very long and the appointment with Mr Kassam was very useful.

Excellent medical team, high qualified, professional and friendly. I strongly recommend The Lindo Wing at St.Mary's Hospital.
