Great. Staff professional and friendly.

I went at a busy time. Although there were several people waiting at the reception, the receptionist tried their best to help everyone quickly.

When you don't feel good this is your go to place. We have been coming to St John and St Lizzies for over 15 years and have never been diagnosed wrongly or for the sake of it, honest consultants and a whole terrific team to look after you and your family.

Comments in comparison to other hospitals in London - Need dressing gowns or a second gown to preserve modesty to walk down to theatre. Not available in the room and not offered. - Room too cold, needed heater on - Food average/poor. Strange to be told I was limited to how many items I could order from each section. - staff kind and friendly

Reflux problems were efficiently tested and now I feel much better thanks to Dr Sami's expertise. He is truely the best. And very kind doctor.

It has been very good. However, I lost my watch at the hospital. I left the watch inside the bathroom and realised after I was discharged. After calling the receptionist at the ward said they had my watch and will be kept safe and someone could collect it on my behalf, but after a couple of weeks when I called to inform someone will go to collect it, they said they couldn’t locate it, and I waited for someone to get back to me about it but no one called back.
