Efficient friendly staff

Very clean hospital, very kind staff, overall a great experience.

The London clinic is an excellent facility with great service and delicious food. my only negative point was the blood sample taking. some of the staff really cannot take blood samples which meant that i experienced a lot of pain. eventually the Fla botanist was called and samples taken with no issues. so all well at the end

Mary O'Leary sorted out the pain in my back and neck. She was caring and thoughtful and went above and beyond what I expected. I would highly recommend her to anyone who is having spine, or joint pain.

45 minute delay with no forewarning was very poor and frankly arrogant.

Hannah Hobbs looked after me on several occasions and did an amazing job sorting me out. As well as clearly technically knowing what to do and how to help me, her enthusiasm and positive attitude is very motivating and encourages one to do the necessary homework to get the results.
