My experience with Dr Jyoti has been an incredibly comforting and pleasant one considering anything to do with fertility can seem daunting. That's what has made Dr Jyoti and the clinic such a positive one because everyone made me feel well-informed and comfortable throughout.

Natalie took care in asking the relevant questions to do with unsuccessful pregnancies and the female health issues I have experienced. I have not experienced a consultant asking questions in such a human way and with genuine concern. Dr Jacobs is very welcoming and reassuring. He spoke to my daughter to understand things from her perspective and made her feel very involved in her consultation. He is amazing with children and was very thorough. He was keen to find out how my daughter was doing the next day and called to see how she got on at school. Dr Benjamin was also the same with my son in previous appointments and his care and concern for his patients really does comes across.

I came to Dr Bownes for a second opinion on two MRIs of my knee. He did not provide a clear response to whether my ACL was damaged despite repeatedly asking him, and he did not seem worried my knee pain was left undiagnosed. I did not feel my concerns were heard during or after the meeting, or that he looked at the MRIs carefully, and he seemed to have made up his mind before looking at them. Dr. Bownes did not seem very interested in my case.
