The clinic is absolutely exceptional - all the staff there have excellent bedside manner and experience. My only slight criticism is that they share the pharmacy with the rest of the Portland Hospital which have wait times of around 25-30 mins for a prescription (which isn’t the Lister’s fault) but is quite inconvenient

I was very surprised to find out the clinic has office at Nine Elmes, which is very close to my home. I’m very convenient. The facilities are new and the staff are very friendly. I had a great visit.

Stephanie Gorgevska has been absolutely fantastic and I am very grateful to her. She has such a nice approach and is very skilled and knowledgeable. Ellen on the phone admin team is also so good and so polite. Thank you to everyone there who I’ve had the pleasure of meeting so far. Highly recommend this clinic.
