I was apprehensive going into the meeting with Mr Wazait but his manner and approach made feel at ease. My condition was clearly explained to me and so was the way forward for treatment. I felt reassured because I had plenty of time to ask all the questions I wanted to ask and have them clearly answered.

I had a HoLEP operation performed by Mr Nair on the 8 May. From diagnostic tests through to the procedure itself, he has been extremely pleasant and professional. Mr Cohens approach could not be faulted, he was kind and considerate following my illness "sepsis", he explained concisely how he intended to treat me, he spent a considerable time with me, he explained what he intended to do if the removal of the catheter did not function.
