The Lister is an excellent hospital where I’d be happy to be a patient again if I ever needed to be (hopefully not of course!).

Ran to time and very helpful

Appointments were excellent, short waiting time and efficient on the day. However, on the day of the operation we were asked to arrive by 12 midday and was not operated till gone 4pm which was a long nervous wait of 4 hours. Scheduling of patients with the consultant should be more efficient to ensure less waiting time. I was scheduled to be first on the list but ended up being last!

Was a good experience however the snack foods/ breakfast after colonoscopy was all heavy on gluten and dairy so doesn’t seem to take into account any food intolerances.

Nice place with friendly and efficient staff.

Staff were friendly, Dr Berger gave me some positive options for my condition. Very pleased overal.
